As a mom of 3 kids, a dentist, and a health coach, I need all the coffee in my life. But unfortunately many of the coffee recipes at your favorite coffee shops are full of sugar. So getting that caffeine boost isn’t always the healthiest choice. Which I why I created the ultimate macro friendly coffee guide.

I personally choose to be as dairy free as possible. So, many of my coffee recipes call for milk alternatives. Oat milk is my personal favorite. I think it blends so much better with coffee than almond milk. Plus, who wants their coffee to taste like nuts?!
