Living the FASTer Way lifestyle, I carb cycle which means that I eat a low carb diet for 2 consecutive days of the week. So these egg bites make those days super easy. I pack these egg bites in my lunch box and they’re an easy thing to eat between patients.

How I Enjoy My Bacon Egg Bites
I usually make these on Sunday in preparation for my two low carb days. I pack them in my lunch box and heat them in the microwave at work. I also enjoy these egg bites on regular macro days along with some of my other breakfast favorites like avocado toast and bacon or sausage.
